太阳电池仿真与模拟

基于软件Quokka3，模拟太阳电池的电学性能和效率。通过模拟结果进行效率损失分析，优化电池结构，降低电池中载流子的复合，并指导电池工艺改进方向，进而提升太阳电池效率。

Simulation of the solar cell
Based on software of Quokka3, the electrical performance and efficiency of solar cells are simulated. the Power loss analysis is developed through the simulation results to improve the structure of the solar cell, decrease the carrier’s recombination and guide the process of the solar cell for high efficiency.
