Yuanchuang China Series Event:
Australia-China Clean Energy Leadership Program
Coming Soon!
From June 8th to 10th, funded by the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations (NFACR) under the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the first exchange activity (Emerging Leaders-China Exchange Activity) of the Australia-China Clean Energy Leadership Program, part of the "Yuanchuang China" series, will be held in Shanghai. This event is jointly organized by the Yangtze Institute for Solar Technology (YIST), the Australian Centre for Advanced Photovoltaics (ACAP), and the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

Building on this success, the 2025 "Yuanchuang China" program has been upgraded to collaborate with UNSW and ACAP in organizing the Australia-China Clean Energy Leadership Program. This initiative aims to deepen innovative cooperation between China and Australia in the renewable energy sector through a series of seminars, specialized training, and field visits, creating a high-level learning and exchange platform for over 300 young professionals from both countries to cultivate future technical leaders with international vision and innovative capabilities.
For this event, we are honored to invite Professor Martin Green, Laureate Professor at UNSW and "Father of Solar Cells," Pierre Verlinden, Chief Scientist of YIST, and other internationally renowned experts to deliver special lectures. The program will also include roundtable discussions, innovative project roadshows, and visits to new energy projects.
We sincerely invite business leaders, industry experts, entrepreneurs, researchers, and investment consultants in the clean energy and sustainable development fields from both China and Australia to participate in this exchange activity.
